12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and parlay855 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
